Holy Scripture in the Life of the Church
SSS-L0006
Holy Scripture lives in the Church: it is proclaimed in worship, prayed in the Psalter and other services, preserved within Holy Tradition, and interpreted under the guidance of the Holy Spirit through the witness of the Holy Fathers and Saints. Students learn that personal Bible reading is encouraged, while private interpretation is not.
